Job summary

GreenWood, Inc. is seeking a Washer System Maintenance Technician to perform routine preventative maintenance on washer equipment following manuals and specifications. The role supports production by maintaining washers, managing fluids and filters, and ensuring safety standards are met.

Responsibilities include field maintenance, parts replacement, data entry in SAP, and participation in continuous improvement. A high school diploma or GED plus 6 months of maintenance experience is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months maintenance or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to meet vision requirements for powered equipment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to work any shift and overtime.
• Ability to obtain certification and operate powered lift equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all equipment/assets to the highest standard; support 5S requirements.
• Participate in shift meetings and continuous improvement activities.
• Pump out, clean, and refill washers per schedule to maintain production.
• Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools (seals, gaskets, filters, magnets).
• Access machinery to add/remove oil/coolant; check control instruments.
• Collect samples for quality per guidelines; report hours and inventory in SAP.
