World Vision International is seeking a WASH Sector Manager to lead the WASH response program in humanitarian settings, providing technical oversight and coordinating with national offices, donors, and partners during deployment.

Qualifications

  • Postgraduate qualifications in Civil/Environmental Engineering, public health or international development.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in emergency and WASH.
  • Experience with UN/INGO and partner coordination and grants management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership for WASH interventions in humanitarian settings, coordinating with national offices and donors.
  • Lead WASH response activities with the response team and cluster to initiate and drive actions.
  • Secure adequate resources and budget for WASH programs, including behavior change and cross-cutting themes.
  • Represent WV in WASH forums and foster partnerships with donors and agencies.
  • Oversee transition from emergency WASH to early recovery and ensure sustainability.
