Take 5 Car Wash is hiring a Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service, guide vehicles through the wash, and manage memberships. You’ll help with sign-ups, account changes, and follow safety procedures while keeping the wash area clean and safe for customers and staff.

We value ownership, initiative, and a team-first attitude. This outdoor role operates in various weather conditions and includes a 60-day certification program to get you up to speed.

Qualifications

• No experience required; 60-day certification program provided.
• Physically active and comfortable outdoors in all weather.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome station and sales duties, assist with member sign-ups and account management.
• Operate wash equipment safely and efficiently; monitor tunnel flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in wash and surrounding areas.
• Engage customers, encourage Google reviews, and manage member accounts (cancellations/changes).
• Stock and organize detail centers; perform general site upkeep and trash cleanup.
