Job summary

Take 5 Car Wash is hiring a Team Member to deliver fast, friendly service and ensure smooth wash operations. You will guide vehicles into the wash tunnel, support membership activities, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards to provide a top-tier experience.

This full-time role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and safety. You’ll perform opening/closing duties, assist with sign-ups and account changes, stock stations, and maintain equipment and the wash area to keep operations

• Support sales and membership activities and account management.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Station and Sales: provide excellent customer service and assist with member sign-ups and changes.
• Wash Station: follow safety procedures and operate wash equipment safely.
• Convenience Station: engage customers and manage member accounts and CX.
• General Duties: perform opening/closing duties, maintain tunnel and towels, keep area clean and safe.
