SpinXpress Laundry in McAllen, TX is hiring part-time Wash Dry Fold Attendants. You will process customer laundry orders with accuracy and efficiency while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers flexible shifts mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnight with opportunities to learn, develop, and advance within the company.

• Process Wash Dry Fold Orders by accurately receiving, entering, processing, and completing orders through our POS system.
• Educate Customers on Our Wash Dry Fold Services by confidently communicating the value, convenience, and benefits of our services.
• Handle Laundry with Care by properly sorting, separating, washing, drying, folding, and hanging customer garments according to established procedures.
• Inspect Laundry Thoroughly for stains, damage, or special-care items and treat or report concerns as appropriate.
• Deliver Exceptional Quality by ensuring every Wash Dry Fold order is completed accurately, efficiently, and to our high-quality standards.
• Maintain Wash Dry Fold Supplies by monitoring inventory levels, keeping supplies organized, and communicating replenishment needs.
• Demonstrate Strong Attention to Detail to ensure orders are accurate, organized, and completed according to customer specifications.
• Follow Proper Laundry Procedures and Best Practices to protect customer garments and consistently deliver quality results.
• Manage Time Effectively by prioritizing orders and completing all Wash Dry Fold services within required deadlines.
• Safely Lift and Handle Laundry including the ability to regularly lift and carry 20 pounds or more.
• Maintain Laundry Equipment and Work Areas by keeping machines clean and in good working condition and promptly communicating any maintenance or equipment concerns to the appropriate leader.
