SpinXpress Laundry is seeking a motivated Wash Dry Fold Attendant to join our fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will help ensure accurate processing of Wash Dry Fold orders while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As a Wash Dry Fold Attendant, you’ll play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by ensuring Wash Dry Fold orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. You’ll also help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment.

• Process Wash Dry Fold Orders by accurately receiving, entering, processing, and completing orders through our POS system.
• Educate Customers on Our Wash Dry Fold Services by confidently communicating the value, convenience, and benefits of our services.
• Handle Laundry with Care by properly sorting, separating, washing, drying, folding, and hanging customer garments according to established procedures.
• Inspect Laundry Thoroughly for stains, damage, or special-care items and treat or report concerns as appropriate.
• Deliver Exceptional Quality by ensuring every Wash Dry Fold order is completed accurately, efficiently, and to our high-quality standards.
• Maintain Wash Dry Fold Supplies by monitoring inventory levels, keeping supplies organized, and communicating replenishment needs.
• Demonstrate Strong Attention to Detail to ensure orders are accurate, organized, and completed according to customer specifications.
• Follow Proper Laundry Procedures and Best Practices to protect customer garments and consistently deliver quality results.
