Looking to get started in the agricultural equipment industry? Johnson Tractor is seeking a Wash Bay & Maintenance Technician to join our service team. This role is essential to keeping our equipment and grounds clean, organized, and customer-ready. What You’ll Do:

• Wash & Detail Equipment: Clean and sanitize tractors, trucks, lawn/garden machinery, and vehicles to dealership standards.
• Wax & Touch-Up: Wax, detail, and perform minor paint touch-ups to maintain a professional, customer-ready appearance.
• Grease & Maintain Equipment: Lubricate equipment as needed for optimal performance.
• Facility & Grounds Maintenance: Keep the wash bay and dealership grounds clean, safe, and organized, including mowing and snow removal.
• Assist the Service Team: Support technicians by prepping equipment for service, inspection, or delivery.
• Document Work: Record cleaning and maintenance processes, materials used, and follow proper procedures.
• Safety & Customer Focus: Follow all safety protocols and ensure cleaned equipment meets customer presentation standards.
• Work primarily outdoors and in the wash bay area.
• Requires physical activity including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) provided and required.

• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor (standing, bending, outdoor work).
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and maintain an organized workspace.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Previous experience in cleaning, detailing, or maintenance is a plus but not required.
• Basic knowledge of agricultural machinery is an advantage.
