Tackle complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on ag and lawn/garden equipment
Use diagnostic tools and technical resources to identify root causes and solutions
Perform quality repairs independently and efficiently with minimal rework
Professionally communicate findings and recommendations to customers and coworkers
Identify additional service needs during repairs and provide value-added suggestions
Represent Johnson Tractor with a high level of professionalism and integrity
Document time, parts, and repairs accurately to support billing and warranty work
Work closely with the parts team and service office to streamline workflow
Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date with evolving equipment and technologies
Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills
Comfort using diagnostic software and digital tools
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple jobs
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license required; CDL or ability to obtain is a plus
Certifications or OEM training (Case IH, Kubota, etc.) are highly valued
Work on advanced ag equipment and specialty implements
