Kalispell Ford is hiring for a Wash Bay and Lot Attendant in Kalispell, MT. This full-time position offers a starting wage of $17–$18 per hour, Sundays off, 10-hour shifts over a 4-day work week, and comprehensive benefits including vacation, health and retirement options.

You will help wash, clean, and maintain vehicles while upholding safety and quality standards. The role requires attention to detail, strong customer service, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Ability to pay attention to detail and ensure vehicle cleanliness standards.
• Excellent customer service skills for a guest-focused environment.
• Valid driver’s license is required for operations and access.
• Ability to follow instructions and work within safety procedures.
• Positive attitude and teamwork to support store goals.
• All offers contingent on background check (7 years) and non-DOT drug screening.
• State law requires a 1-year probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Wash, wax, and buff the vehicle to high standards.
• Clean interior and exterior windows for visibility.
• Vacuum and scrub interior surfaces for a fresh feel.
• Clean engine and engine compartment areas.
• Apply dressings to tires and wells for appearance.
• Use cleaners with care to maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Operate tools safely and report safety issues to management.
