Job summary

Kalispell Volkswagen is seeking a Detailer & Wash Bay Attendant to join our team in Kalispell, MT. You will wash, wax, buff vehicles and keep interiors and exteriors spotless while supporting a fast-paced dealership environment.

We offer a full-time schedule with Monday–Friday and occasional Saturdays, Sunday off, overtime opportunities, competitive hourly pay, 401(k) matching, health benefits, and staff advancement. Valid driver's license and attention to detail required.

Qualifications

• Detailer position requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to communicate across departments and work well in a team.
• Comfort with a fast-paced, team setting.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the dealership.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Positive attitude with a customer-service mindset.
• Must be able to follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Wash, wax and buff vehicles.
• Clean interior and exterior windows.
• Vacuum and scrub vehicle interiors.
• Clean engine and engine compartment.
• Apply dressing to tires and wells.
• Use cleaners to keep vehicles clean.
• Operate tools safely and responsibly.
• Keep dealer lots tidy and well kept.
• Remove trash from lot and designated areas.
