C&B Operations, LLC is seeking a General Laborer for our Chamberlain, SD store to support the Service Department and provide exceptional customer service for agricultural and outdoor power equipment. The role involves maintaining the shop, assisting technicians, and handling parts and equipment with safety in mind.

Qualifications include a valid driver's license, physical stamina, and ability to operate a forklift and various vehicles.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Manager and technicians in the efficient operation of the department.
• Maintain and organize shop, vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment.
• Assist service technicians by delivering parts and moving equipment/parts.
• Assist service technicians in repairing and servicing agricultural and outdoor power equipment.
• Keep a clean, orderly work area and comply with safety rules.
• Complete reports and documentation for work assignments.
• Load and unload parts and equipment.
• Maintain a professional appearance and punctuality.
• Collaborate with customers during loading/unloading and operating equipment as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

C & B Operations has 38 John Deere dealerships in 6 states. We are currently searching for a General Laborer for our store in Chamberlain, South Dakota. This position supports the Service Department to provide extraordinary customer service on new and used ag equipment. General Labor employees assist with the general maintenance and operation of the department and may assist with a variety of duties as assigned and directed by store management.

Qualified applicants must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment drug test and background check. C & B Operations, LLC is a drug-free workplace.

• Cleans, organizes and maintains the condition of shop, vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and a safe driving record
• Ability to meet physical demands and duration of physical exertion generally required to perform tasks in support of all job functions, for example - sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, pushing, and pulling
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Ability to operate various motor vehicles to pick up, move and deliver parts and equipment
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet applications
• Ability to operate machines and equipment for maintenance, cleaning and repair of the facility
