Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in Durham, NC is hiring a Wash Aisle Operator. You will load, unload and operate industrial washers and related laundry equipment, monitor cycles, input data into automated systems, and help move textiles to the next production stage.

You'll report to the Production Manager, work as part of a team, and adapt to daily operational needs. The role involves physical work, exposure to temperature variations, and compliance with safety procedures and PPE to support efficient production

Qualifications

• Teamwork and adaptability in a production environment.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and operate industrial washers, tumblers, extractors, lifts, hoists, and related laundry processing equipment.
• Monitor washing and drying cycles and input data into automated washing systems.
• Maintain efficient flow of textiles through the wash aisle and transport materials to the next stage of production.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions, process issues, or quality concerns to supervision.
