Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of construction, maintenance, or general labor experience preferred.
• General knowledge of residential construction and repair techniques.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively without direct supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to take initiative, solve problems, and remain accountable.
• Proficient with hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Virginia driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Respond to assigned service work orders for repairs on sheds, garages, and other structures.
• Perform a variety of repairs including carpentry, roofing, painting, and minor electrical work.

This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining company-built structures including sheds, garages, barns, and playhouses. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering a high level of customer satisfaction through quality workmanship and professionalism.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 10-20 lbs regularly
• Must be able to stoop, bend, climb, kneel, crouch, and crawl as needed
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Experience & Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 3-5 years of construction, maintenance, or general labor experience preferred
