Responsibilities

• Support upkeep and maintenance of sales lots, including display units and store repairs.
• Communicate directly with customers to address concerns in a timely, professional manner.
• Deliver a consistent 5-star customer service experience.

This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining company-built structures including sheds, garages, barns, and playhouses. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and committed to delivering a high level of customer satisfaction through quality workmanship and professionalism.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 10–20 lbs regularly
• Must be able to stoop, bend, climb, kneel, crouch, and crawl as needed
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Experience & Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 3–5 years of construction, maintenance, or general labor experience preferred
