Job summary

Perfect Pavers of South Florida is hiring a Warranty & Repair Technician to handle warranty and repair work on paver and site projects across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach. You'll log actions in Procore and other apps, and you may drive a company pickup to job sites.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Comfortable using apps on a smartphone; experience with construction software is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Able to regularly lift 50+ lb, kneel/bend, and work outdoors.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test, background and driving checks (E-Verify).
• Experience in construction, maintenance, handyman or manual labor is a plus.
• Bonus skills: landscape, irrigation, mortar mixing, tile, site work.

Responsibilities

• Handle warranty and repair work on paver, hardscape and site projects.
• Photograph and log work in Procore, Slack, Ramp, Screed on company phone.
• Deliver samples and tools to job sites across the region in a company pickup.
• Support yard/warehouse with receiving, staging, cleanup and debris removal.
• Assist crews with rigging, flagging and general site repairs.
• If CDL holder, haul equipment by trailer with company truck.

Perfect Pavers is hiring a Warranty & Repair Technician who wants a long-term career in construction. You don't need experience, because we'll train you. We want someone reliable and hands-on who wants to grow. This is a real path into our direct labor team.

What you'll do

• Handle warranty and repair work on paver, hardscape, and site projects. That includes lifting and relaying pavers, finishing joints with sand or grout, pressure cleaning, and sealing. Much of the work is at occupied condos, hotels, and homes, so you'll be working around residents and guests.


• Photograph and log your work in our company apps (Procore, Slack, Ramp, Screed) on a company phone.


• Deliver samples, materials, and tools to job sites across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach in a company pickup. The truck stays at the office; this job doesn't come with a take-home vehicle.


• Support the yard and warehouse with receiving, staging, cleanup, and debris removal, using skid steers and forklifts.


• Help crews with rigging, flagging, and general site repairs.


• If you hold a CDL, haul equipment by trailer with our F-250.

What we're looking for

• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.


• You're comfortable working in apps on a smartphone. Experience with construction management, messaging, service management, or similar work software is a big plus.


• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.


• You can regularly lift and carry more than 50 lb, kneel and bend for long stretches, and work outdoors in South Florida heat.


• You can pass a pre-employment drug test, background check, and driving record check. We confirm work eligibility through E-Verify.


• Experience in construction, maintenance, handyman, mechanical, or manual labor work is a plus.


• Bonus skills: landscape, irrigation, mortar mixing, tile, pedestal systems, site work, and civil work.


• A CDL isn't required. If you have one, you start at the top of the pay range.

Training we provide

Hands-on training in paver repair, jointing, and sealing, plus forklift and skid steer certification.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, with a lunch break. Overtime when needed.
