The position requires a mechanical engineering background with 5+ years in engine product engineering and at least 2 years in testing/validation. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.
The North America Quality organization is currently seeking candidates to join the Control Tower and Field Quality Engineer (CTFQ Engineer) at the Headquarters & Technical Center (QEC) Auburn Hills, MI. The CTFQ Engineer is responsible for assisting in the administration and/or coordination of multiple vehicle systems including compiling project status reports, coordinating project schedules, managing project meetings, agendas, minutes and correspondence. The incumbent will report to a team lead or supervisor/manager and should have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures for automotive and powertrain development. Opportunities are available in Propulsion System Group on the Internal Combustion Engines (PS/ICE) Team.
