Job summary

MSX International is seeking a Warranty Process Review Audit Specialist to audit the Retailer network for warranty and service fixed operations. You will assess warranty claim applications, documentation requirements, and retention policy, and produce detailed reports with recommended actions.

This role requires visiting dealer sites across the country and traveling up to five days per week. The ideal candidate has automotive audit experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with MS

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Industry-related qualification or degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience with dealer management systems (e.g., ADP, R&R, CDK).
  • Knowledge of warranty support materials (recalls, campaigns, TSBs, repair manuals) is preferred.
  • Minimum two years’ experience in dealer Service Management with motor industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Audit the retailer network focusing on warranty and service fixed operations.
  • Produce detailed audit reports with recommended actions.
  • Explain findings to dealer staff and management.
  • Travel to dealer sites; work with national and local teams.
  • Use MSXI/HMA IT systems to identify dealer metrics for improvements.
