Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical associate with 5 years of relevant experience.
• 4+ years servicing internal combustion engines or power generation equipment.
• 1 year experience with Salesforce.
• Ability to work in office and shop environments with physical activity as required.
• Experience with warranty in an industrial environment.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Manage warranty claim process and negotiate settlements satisfactory to both business and customer.
• Oversee return and disposition of materials to support warranty claims.
• Inspect, analyze, and test mechanical and electrical components as needed.
• Read and interpret safety, operating and maintenance instructions and technical reports.
• Ensure documentation supports root cause analysis, vendor recovery, and CI activities.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations on root cause analyses for claim decisions.
• Use Salesforce to report and track product issues.
• Drive customer satisfaction through a strong commitment to quality.
• Facilitate warranty service, parts order entry and shipments.
• Collaborate on cross-functional teams and participate in NPI or special task forces.
• Support monthly and quarterly reporting with finance; adhere to quality procedures.
