Job summary

Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced HVAC technician to diagnose, repair, and service residential systems, including warranty work on new installations. You’ll document service details in ServiceTitan and communicate findings clearly to homeowners.

You must have EPA certification and a TDLR license, with 3+ years of hands-on HVAC experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment.
• Experience with warranty service and post-installation repairs preferred.
• Experience with variable speed units and communicating systems.

Responsibilities

• Run warranty calls and recalls on new system installations
• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC equipment
• Repair or replace warranty-related components and equipment
• Perform quality assurance inspections to ensure installations meet company standards
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with homeowners
• Accurately document service details, parts used, and resolutions in ServiceTitan
• Collaborate with installation teams to identify and resolve recurring issues
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while representing the Radiant brand
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company and manufacturer guidelines
