Champion Home Builders, Inc. in Burleson, TX is seeking a Home Service Technician to perform warranty work on newly sold manufactured homes. The role focuses on diagnosing issues and performing repairs across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and fixtures to ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have strong handyman skills, excellent communication, and a valid driver’s license. This is a full-time, on-site position with a company that values safety and customer care.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Execute warranty work on sold homes per the service work order.
• Repair/replace toilets, water heaters, light fixtures, door/cabinet hardware.
• Install new parts or repair issues per work order.
• Verify parts with orders and pick up parts from factory as needed.
• Maintain logbook per Department of Transportation.
• Maintain company vehicle, keeping it clean, stocked and serviced.
• Complete work orders and return them to the factory by mail or delivery.
• Demonstrate carpentry skills in trim work, roofing, window and door realignment, drywall, siding, flooring, plumbing, and electrical.
