Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, relevant ad-hoc data analysis to support decision-making.
• Create and implement dashboards and reports in Tableau.
• Lead warranty audit projects to improve processing and cost savings.
• Develop and maintain training materials for dealerships and staff.
• Assist with warranty training programs and update online modules and webinars.
• Contribute to projects aimed at improving warranty processing and reducing costs.
