American International Group (AIG) is seeking a Consumer Relations Specialist to support warranty customers and corporate clients from our Jeffersonville, IN office. You will handle inbound calls, document and manage claims, and coordinate with vendors to resolve escalations while maintaining service excellence.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking and organizational skills, with potential day or evening shifts.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience with a Customer Relationship Management platform is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a variety of personalities.
• Ability to consistently meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer service and escalation calls from customers and clients.
• Provide superior service and support to internal and external customers.
• Communicate effectively with all levels within AIG Warranty, clients and/or vendors.
• Organize and process claim paperwork as necessary.
• Serve as liaison between customers, clients and vendors.
• Process replacement claims and respond to back-orders in a timely and accurate manner.
