Job summary

Creative Bus Sales is seeking a seasoned warranty manager to oversee corporate fleet warranty processes and ensure timely fulfillment of large fleet and transit orders. The role requires collaboration with sales and service management to resolve issues and optimize warranty operations.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in automotive warranty, a Bachelor degree or equivalent, and strong skills in data collection, interpretation of diagrams, and cross-department communication to support

• Bachelor degree or equivalent.
• 10+ years warranty experience in the automotive industry.
• Understanding of the operation of the service and parts departments and the support of the sales and interaction with the administrative/accounting department.
• Some mechanical/technical understanding of medium duty vehicles such as buses and vans.
• Good understanding of the bus manufacturer’s needs and the needs of Creative Bus Sales customers.
