Job summary

Jobtailor in Denver is seeking an experienced automotive technician to perform electrical, mechanical, and diagnostic procedures on a wide range of vehicle makes and models. You will deliver exceptional customer service and help grow market share by building lasting relationships with new and existing customers.

You will assist service managers with documenting repairs, using OEM software programming and ADAS calibration tools to ensure high-quality service and safety.

Qualifications

Job description

• Perform electrical, mechanical, and diagnostic procedures on most vehicle makes and models.
• Responsible for delivering high levels of customer service and growing market share to expand customer base.
• Assist service managers and estimators in providing documentation for any mechanical or electronic repairs services needed.
• Drives a Company vehicle in a safe, courteous, and responsible manner avoiding traffic violations and accidents.
• Perform bumper to bumper mechanical and electrical repairs, including OEM software programming, ADAS calibrations and diagnostics.
• Develop relationships with new customers and provide a high level of service to existing customers to maintain customer relationships.
• Assumes other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma and relevant certification.
• 5+ years of automotive repair experience.
• Possess a valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Must qualify for corporate insurance programs, including vehicle insurance.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to develop relationships with new customers to increase market share.
• Proficient use of a variety of automotive services and diagnostic equipment.
• Must have strong time management skills and be detailed-oriented.
