Job summary

Pro Staff is seeking a Warranty Compliance Auditor in Irvine, CA to support warranty claim reviews, dealer audits, and parts inspections for a leading automotive organization.

You will help ensure warranty repairs and submissions meet company policies while identifying opportunities to reduce expenses, with duties spanning audits, corrective actions, and trend analysis.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in automotive service operations.
• Automotive technical certification or equivalent experience required.
• Dealership service advisor, service writer, technician, warranty, or parts department experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair procedures.
• Experience with warranty administration, auditing, or claims processing is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Conduct warranty claim audits and review dealer repair activities for compliance.
• Identify warranty claim discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Support warranty parts return inspections and technical service bulletin compliance reviews.
• Assign chargebacks for non-compliant warranty claims and document audit findings.
• Partner with field service teams to communicate audit results and recommendations.
• Analyze warranty trends and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Process warranty claims and maintain accurate records in warranty management systems.
• Prepare reports and support special projects as assigned.

Are you an automotive service professional with experience in warranty claims, dealership operations, or automotive repair? We are seeking a Warranty Compliance Auditor to support warranty claim reviews, dealership compliance audits, and warranty parts inspections for a leading automotive organization.

In this role, you will help ensure dealership warranty repairs and claim submissions meet company policies and industry standards while identifying opportunities to reduce unnecessary warranty expenses.
