  • Ability to prioritize and handle numerous tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Computer skills with an emphasis on word processing and spreadsheet programs.
  • Reporting system experience, including Power BI experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with vendor warranty departments as needed.
  • Track and report on open warranty claims to determine if additional action is needed for payment.
  • Communicate and coordinate with branch personnel and supervisor on warranty rejections and processing issues using various methods and tools.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Work Environment, Physical Demands
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, stoop and lift/move up to 25lbs. on a regular basis
  • Ability to work in an environment to include 8–10-hour days, and flexibility to extend working hours when necessary
