EssilorLuxottica is seeking a Materials Handler I for Warranty Boutiques in the 1st shift in Georgia. The role inspects eyewear, evaluates defects, and processes claims in accordance with warranty policies. The position requires attention to detail, data entry accuracy, and strong communication with customers and internal teams.

Prior experience in customer service and proficiency with MS Office are required. Familiarity with SAP and eCare is preferred.

Competenze

• 1+ years related customer service experience.
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to type minimum of 35 WPM.
• Ability to multi-task and flex between roles.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook).
• Flexibility with hours and overtime as requested.

Mansioni

• Assess damage to eyewear and input defect codes.
• Inspect and evaluate product images per warranty policies.
• Process evaluations promptly and maintain service levels.
• Communicate with internal/external contacts via phone/email.
• Enter notes in system for claims documentation.
• Coordinate repair processes and ensure accurate addresses.
