• Troubleshoot to ensure on-time shipping and delivery.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies to identify root causes.
• Coach and train associates to solve exceptions.
• Expedite high-priority orders with leadership to ensure accuracy.
• Review WIP reports to confirm timely order releases.
• Serve as SME for WIP reporting.
• Collaborate with IT/support to expedite orders and maintain accuracy.
• Create urgency to meet forecasted requirements.
• Complete projects as assigned.
