Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend English instructions and information.
• Two years’ experience in office administration and accurate data handling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warranty claims with manufacturers such as Kenworth Truck, Paccar, Caterpillar and Cummins.
• Maintain warranty policy knowledge and communicate with vendors regularly.
• Collect, organize and verify warranty documentation for customers and employees.
• Process service repairs and credits within approved limits and timelines.
• Prepare and submit warranty claims within 10 days of work completion.
