Kenworth Truck Company in the United States seeks a Warranty Claims Analyst to review and process warranty claims, collaborate with dealers, suppliers, engineering, and quality teams, and act as a subject matter expert for the business unit.

This role requires 2–3+ years of experience, SQL and dashboard skills, strong communication, and the ability to handle large data volumes in a fast-paced environment; occasional travel is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree is preferred; equivalent years of relevant experience can be substituted with a degree.
• 2–3+ years of experience required.
• Ability to create ad-hoc SQL queries and dashboards in Snowflake or Tableau.
• Strong communication and negotiation; advanced MS Office.
• Good recall of detail and mechanical aptitude.
• Self-motivated in a fast-paced, just-in-time environment.
• Willing to take responsibility for projects under minimal supervision.
• Comfort with large volumes of claims data and data-driven answers.
• Automotive or Truck dealership service experience is a plus.
• Stay organized, meet deadlines, handle ambiguity.

Responsabilidades

• Review and process warranty claims.
• Review dealer claim information; coordinate with Supplier Recovery, Engineering or Quality to process claims per guidelines.
• Provide best-in-class support to Kenworth Dealers and Fleet Customers.
• Serve as subject matter expert for assigned Business Unit.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand challenges and improvements; manage invoicing and reconciliation of warranty costs.
• Travel to Fleet/Dealer/Production locations as needed (<5% travel).
• Perform additional technical and administrative duties as assigned.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

• Review and process warranty claims
• Review claim information provided by dealers;work independently with Supplier Recovery, Engineering, or Quality toprocess claims per established guidelines
• Provide best-in-class support to Kenworth Dealers and Fleet Customers on a regular basis
• Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned Business Unit responsibilities
• Work closely with external/internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities for improvement.Manage accurate invoicing and reconciliation of all Supplier Recovery related warranty costs
• Travel to Fleet/Dealer/Production locations as needed (<5% travel required)
• Perform additional technical and administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree is preferred; Equivalent years of relevant experience can be substituted with a degree
• 2 – 3+ years of experience required
• The ability to create and manage ad-hoc SQL queries and dashboards within Snowflake or Tableau to help support claim management and goals is a plus
• Must have strong communication and negotiation skills, intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
• Must have agood recall of detail and a mechanical aptitude
• Must be self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced just-in-time environment with rapidly changing objectives
• Must be able to accept responsibility for assigned projects and work effectively under general or minimal supervision
• The ideal candidate will be comfortable with processing large volumes of (claims) data and be able to provide data-driven answers to questions about the material processed
• Previous Automotive or Truck Dealership Service Advisor or Service Manager experience is a plus
• Ability to remain organized, meet deadlines, and deal with areas of ambiguity
