Job summary

Toyota Lift NW is seeking a Warranty Admin./Fleet Coordinator in Kent, WA to determine repair scope, prioritize work orders and communicate with technicians.

The role requires strong customer service, 5S discipline, and the ability to operate or be certified on pallet jacks, reach trucks and forklifts. You will support fleet customers via the TMH Portal and coordinate with service staff.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent (Required).
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Self-motivated, detail oriented and organized with ability to shift priorities in a changing environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with employees, vendors and customers.
• Prior experience in customer service, and material handling/industrial equipment environment (preferred).
• Ability to operate reach-truck, stock-picker, pallet jack, & pass forklift certification.
• Ability to interact effectively with others; be a team player.
• Maintain a good attendance record.
• Practice 5s process.

• Process Warranty claims for all TLNW brands.
• Track, process and update all Fleet Customers through the TMH Portal.
• Generate, track, and follow-up on warranty quotes according to technician's service recommendations.
• Process and invoicing of customers generated work orders on a daily basis.
• Provide excellent customer service by fielding customer inquiries both on phone and in person.
• Assist in resolving all customer complaints/issues; elevate to District Service Manager if needed.
• Act as a backup to dispatcher.
• All other work duties as requested.

Your Job:

Pay Range

The hourly range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00. The specific pay offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
