Job summary

Mohawk Industries, Inc. is seeking a Warp Changer to remove and replace loom beams and perform tie-ins in the Weaving department. You will handle loom beams, grease components, and ensure a clean, safe work area while following established procedures.

Responsibilities include moving beams with a warp truck, loading beams into looms, and assisting with routine maintenance and safety programs. Prior weaving or beamer experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write as indicated on the application.
• Preferred – prior experience as a Weaver or Beamer Operator.

Responsibilities

• Remove/replaces loom beams and perform tie-in duties as assigned.
• Check warp out papers and prepare loom beams for installation.
• Grease/oil harness drives, bearings and beam stand; clean under loom area.
• Operate warp truck to move loom beams and load new beams in loom.
• Maintain clean work area and follow safety procedures.
