Innovative Therapy Concepts is seeking a Physical Therapist to join the Middle Georgia Orthopedics outpatient team in Warner Robins, GA. You will evaluate and treat a diverse caseload including upper and lower extremity, spine, and postoperative patients.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to patient outcomes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in a busy outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Review physician referral and patient condition to determine PT treatment.
• Test and measure strength, mobility, and function; document findings.
• Plan and write treatment programs based on evaluations.
• Administer manual and therapeutic exercises to restore function.
• Instruct patients and families; use assistive devices as needed.
• Evaluate and adjust treatments to maximize benefit.
• Coordinate with physicians to optimize care.
• Supervise assistants/techs and mentor students.
• Deliver lectures and training for staff and community.
