Innovative Therapy Concepts is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join the OrthoGeorgia outpatient team in Kathleen, Georgia. You will evaluate and treat a diverse caseload of surgical and non-operative patients with a focus on upper/lower extremities and spine.

Qualifikationen

• Analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate patient data and adjust plans.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient care and teamwork.
• Ability to work effectively in a clinical team and mentor students or staff.
• Must be a graduate from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.

• Review referrals and patient records to determine treatment.
• Administer and adjust manual and therapeutic exercises to restore function.
• Educate patients and families for home programs and safety.
• Coordinate with physicians and other staff to optimize care.
• Supervise assistants or techs where applicable.
• Plan lectures or training sessions for staff and students.
