Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing role in a restaurant is preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of OpenTable functions.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.
• English fluency; additional languages encouraged but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and hospitable environment for guests in person or over the phone.
• Coordinate seatings with Maître D’ to quote accurate wait times and find the yes for guests.
• Answer guest inquiries about hours, menus, and reservations.
• Act as liaison between guests, management, service staff and kitchen.
