Panera Bread is hiring a Restaurant Team Member to be the heart of hospitality, delivering warmth, care, and joy in every guest interaction. You’ll support across production, prep, service, cashier, drive‑thru and more, while upholding food safety standards and maintaining a clean dining area.

Ideal candidates are 16+ with strong communication, reliable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, and eager to contribute to a great guest experience with teamwork and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16+ and ability to lift up to 25 lbs or more.
• Clear communication with guests, managers and team members in a loud environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for hospitality.
• Comfort with a fast-paced setting and multitasking across duties.
• Basic food safety understanding; training and Food Handler's Card as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Prepare and assemble salads, soups, and sandwiches with care.
• Move across areas (production, prep, service, cashier, expo, drive-thru, etc.).
• Maintain a clean, safe, inviting environment following protocols.
• Assist with stocking and cleaning; support next-shift setup.
