The Minot Park District is seeking a Seasonal Warming House Operator for the winter season (December through March) in Minot, ND. This role focuses on providing a safe, welcoming environment, managing warming house operations, and assisting visitors with winter activities.

Responsibilities include enforcing rules, performing snow removal, renting skates and snowshoes, and maintaining cleanliness of the facility and equipment. Schedule is weather dependent with evenings and weekend hours.

• Rent out skates and snowshoes to visitors, including assisting with equipment checkouts and returns.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility and rental equipment.
• Assist visitors with questions and provide general information about available winter recreation activities.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety issues, or other problems to the appropriate supervisor.
• Follow all Minot Park District policies and procedures.

Salary Range: $14.00 To $15.00 Hourly

The Minot Park District is seeking a dependable and customer-service-oriented individual to serve as a Seasonal Warming House Operator for the winter season, December through March.

Hours of Operation:

• Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays: 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM
• Saturdays & Sundays: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
