Job summary

The Omni Homestead Resort & Spa is seeking a friendly, motivated team member to assist guests with check-in and check-out, scheduling, and information about on-site activities.

You will handle cash, assist with pool area openings and closings, and share resort details, including its history and mineral properties, with guests. A clean, safe environment and professional appearance are required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is highly preferred.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to stand for 7 hours per day and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out and provide guest orientation.
• Schedule appointments in accordance with Omni Moments of Service.
• Handle cash and operate point-of-sale activities.
• Open and close all areas of the Warm Springs Pools.
• Know and share information about the resort and activities with guests.
• Educate guests about history, mineral properties and soaking benefits.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment meeting Omni Standards.
• Keep bathrooms clean and supplies stocked as needed.
• Adhere to the Omni Personal Appearance Standard.
• Perform other clerical duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Checking guests in and out, as well as providing guest orientation
• Scheduling appointments, in accordance with Omni Hotel & Resorts Moments of Service.
• Cash handling
• Responsible for opening and closing of all areas of the Warm Springs Pools
• Know and share information about the resort and activities, demonstrate knowledge by accurately communicating daily events, hours of operation, and resort/activity information to our guests
• Educating guests regarding history, mineral properties, and benefits of soaking in the Warm Springs Pools
• Maintain a clean, aesthetically desirable and safe environment which meets the Omni Standards of Operations
• Maintain bathrooms and restock supplies as needed
• Know and adhere to the Omni Personal Appearance Standard
• Other clerical duties as needed

Requirements

• Customer service experience is highly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in a professional business environment.
• Must have the ability to stand for 7 hours per day.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull 30 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, to include AM/PM shift, weekends, holidays.
