Cogir USA seeks a Server for our senior living community in Hickory, NC. You will deliver exceptional dining experiences to residents, taking orders, serving meals, and accommodating dietary needs with a warm and professional manner.

We offer growth opportunities, flexible schedules, and a supportive team environment. Prior serving experience in senior living or healthcare is valued, along with a Food Handler Card.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• A Food Handler Card is a plus.
• 6–12 months of serving/hospitality or customer service experience is a plus.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays are available.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly and create a positive dining atmosphere.
• Take meal orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure meals meet residents’ dietary requirements and preferences, including portion sizes.
• Serve meals with a friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
• Set tables with linens, utensils, and glassware before meals and maintain cleanliness.
• Clear and reset tables between meals and incidents as needed.
• Communicate resident feedback to the Culinary Director or kitchen staff.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines and regulations.
