Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make guests comfortable and take care of them.
• Know regular guests by name and preferences.
• Make recommendations guests will enjoy.
• Take orders and enter into the POS system.
• Keep dining spaces clean and presentable.
• Communicate with tables and anticipate needs.
• Go above guests' expectations with prompt, courteous service.
• Be available to fill in to ensure smooth operation.
