Parkside Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist in all dietary functions as directed, ensuring meals are served safely and in accordance with policies. You will help maintain a clean, organized kitchen and support residents during meals, with attention to sanitation and safety across daily tasks.

The role emphasizes teamwork with dietary and nursing staff, adherence to safety protocols, and a calm, service-oriented approach to resident meals and related duties.

Qualifications

• Must possess, at minimum, a 12th grade education.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Willingness to handle utensils and sharp equipment safely.

Responsabilités

• Serve meals palatable and in accordance with portion control.
• Assist in serving meals and observe sanitation requirements.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and dispose of waste properly.
• Assist with daily kitchen duties and food preparation as directed.
• Obtain and deliver food supplies for meals as needed.
