Job summary

Parkhouse Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team. You will prepare and serve meals, deliver trays, and support tray line service to residents in a warm, patient-focused environment.

The role offers full-time and part-time schedules with alternating weekends and holidays, plus paid training, time off, and advancement opportunities. Competitive hourly pay of $16.00 and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to follow directions and complete tasks efficiently.
• Positive interaction with residents, families, staff, and the public.
• Physical ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs., push/pull up to 50 lbs., and stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Portion and serve food items.
• Deliver trays and carts to resident floors and dining rooms.
• Assist with tray line service.
• Operate dish room and pot sink.
• Sweep, mop, and manage trash and recyclables.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
