Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza Hut in Texas seeks a friendly server to own the dine-in guest experience from greeting to goodbye. Part-time with potential for tips, you will take orders, deliver food, and handle payments while keeping the dining area inviting.

Ideal candidates are calm under pressure, flexible for evenings and weekends, and ready to complete food safety and product knowledge requirements. Training provided and tips are earned on top of hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Must meet the minimum legal age to sell and serve alcohol (18 in Texas).
• Friendly, guest-first attitude and clear communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized and work quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Texas Food Handler certification, or willingness to obtain within 60 days.
• Texas Seller-Server certification, or willingness to obtain within 30 days.
• Other states: certifications required by state/local law within the required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and set a friendly tone.
• Present menu, explain promotions, and suggest add-ons.
• Take accurate orders and enter into POS.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and check guest satisfaction.
• Resolve minor issues or escalate to supervisor.
• Process payments and handle cash/digital methods.
• Coordinate with kitchen to ensure orders are complete and served hot.
• Set, clear, and reset tables; maintain clean dining areas.
• Complete opening/shift-change/closing side work; support teammates.
