Sage Haus LLC. in Tucson, AZ is seeking a warm Family Assistant & House Manager with Meal Support Expertise to support a busy family of four. This part-time role offers 25–30 hours per week, with a schedule of three shifts, focused on meals, school routines, and home management.

You will plan breakfasts and school lunches, handle groceries, laundry, housekeeping, pet care, and calendar management, while providing dependable, long-term support and a calm presence through transitions.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation with mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Comfortable with pets.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prep weekly breakfasts and school lunches for the girls.
• Batch prep grab-and-go snacks and grocery shop across multiple stores.
• Manage shared grocery and household supply lists by store.
• Provide occasional dinner prep support — washing and prepping vegetables, proteins, and ingredients so meals are ready to cook.
• School drop-off and pick-up on Wednesdays and Fridays.
• Morning routine support — backpack prep, clothing, snacks, and getting out the door on time.
• Light supervision and backup childcare as needed, including occasional date night coverage.
• Serve as an emergency contact for the girls when parents are unavailable.
• Laundry: wash, dry, fold, and put away for all family members.
• Household organization: daily resets, seasonal checks, and prep for weekly cleaner.
• Inventory & errands: restock pantry, manage subscriptions, and routine returns/pickups.
• Pet care: feeding and walking once the family dog arrives; vet/grooming visits.
• Coordinate vehicle upkeep and administrative tasks like calendar management.
