Blueview Recovery seeks an Admissions/Intake Coordinator to welcome and guide new clients through intake, answer calls, coordinate schedules, and support front-office operations. Qualifications

• Experience in admissions or call center settings.
• Background in behavioral health or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficient computer skills and quick learner.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsabilités

• Greet clients warmly and guide them through intake.
• Answer calls, schedule appointments, and verify benefits.
• Assist clients with intake forms and processing.
• Collect patient responsibility payments when needed.
• Use company vehicle to transport clients as required.
• Follow up with alumni and provide ongoing support.
• Assist with basic case management and community referrals.
• Support social media and marketing tasks.
• Handle general front office and facility tasks.
