Job summary

Strategic Resilience Group, LLC (SRG) seeks a Simulation Developer to support the Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory (MCWL) Wargaming Division in Quantico, Virginia. The role develops and integrates simulation capabilities that enable the Marine Corps’ transition to digital wargaming.

You will design, develop, and maintain simulation models, work with engineers and analysts to improve fidelity, and ensure interoperability across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, game development, or related field with at least two years of software development experience in simulation/gaming environments; or 12 years of experience without a degree.
• Proficiency in C++, C#, Python, or Java.
• Experience with a simulation platform/engine (AFSIM, NGTS, OneSAF, Unity, Unreal Engine, Simio, Arena).
• Familiarity with version control and collaborative software development workflows.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain simulation models and environments.
• Integrate models into larger system architectures and support interoperability testing.
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and SMEs to improve model fidelity and accuracy.
• Implement features, test, validate, and troubleshoot simulation platforms.
• Support project planning, data collection, stakeholder alignment, and capability tracking.
