Job summary

The Mission Essential Group, LLC is seeking a Wargaming Expert All-Source Analyst to support the ONI Detachment Newport at the Naval War College in Newport, Rhode Island. The analyst will develop intelligence products, represent adversary forces, and conduct independent research to enable realistic wargaming outcomes.

Work is performed on-site in a TS/SCI environment; responsibilities include briefings, written assessments, and maintaining classified materials while supporting multiple wargaming

Qualifications

• Experience designing and executing wargames, exercises, and analytic projects for the DoD or IC.
• Security clearance TS/SCI with ability to obtain additional accesses.

Responsibilities

• Support ONI Detachment Newport through meetings, workshops, and wargames.
• Develop adversary representations using established methodologies.
• Produce intelligence products including CONOPS, order of battle assessments, and JIPOE outputs.
• Deliver oral briefings and written assessments to government personnel.
