Job summary

Mission Essential Group, MEG, seeks an experienced Anti-Submarine Warfare All Source Senior Analyst to support ONI NWAC. The role demands advanced all-source intelligence analysis of ASW operations and the production of detailed analytic narratives and visualizations for reconstructions.

The analyst will coordinate with Fleet and IC partners, apply TMA techniques to reconstruct ASW movements, and ensure outputs meet IC standards.

Qualifications

5+ years of all-source intelligence analysis experience.
5+ years developing and writing all-source analytic products.
Advanced knowledge of foreign naval ASW platforms, sensors, and capabilities.
5+ years of experience in Target Motion Analysis (TMA).
Proficiency with IC databases and research methods.
TS/SCI Clearance (active).

Responsibilities

Conduct all-source reconstructions of ASW operations.
Analyze data from multiple intelligence disciplines (SIGINT, MASINT, ACINT, COMINT, HUMINT).
Develop event reconstructions of foreign ASW platforms and TTPs.
Produce high-fidelity analytic narratives and visualizations for reconstruction reports.
Generate detailed narratives and visuals showing sensor use and engagement timelines.
Ensure outputs meet IC standards, traceability, and auditability.
