Yorktown Systems Group, Inc. seeks a Warfighter Training Advisor at USAFA to lead planning, development, execution, and evaluation of a 47-month training continuum for ~4,200 cadets annually.

This role supports planning, development, execution, management, and evaluation of military training aligned with DAF readiness objectives. The role requires 10+ years in military training and exercise planning, curriculum design, and program evaluation; SECRET clearance; and the ability to integrate

Qualifications

• 10+ years of military training and exercise planning experience.
• Experience designing curriculum, lesson plans, and Programs of Instruction (POIs).
• Ability to briefing senior leaders and producing written assessments and recommendations.
• Must be able to obtain a SECRET security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Advise on development of a comprehensive warfighter training program and collaborate with planners to develop courseware for 4,000+ cadets across a 47-month cycle.
• Review current courseware and advise on future development; ensure alignment with HHQ learning outcomes.
• Schedule development and manage training objectives across training periods.
• Provide instruction and dynamic execution of simulations and exercises; document cadet performance and enforce safety standards.
• Develop assessment tools, conduct AARs, analyze performance data, and produce reports.
• Integrate a mature digital COTS training solution for data capture and analysis, including mobile logging.
