Yorktown Systems Group is looking for a qualified Training Facilitator to support the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) in delivering finance and accounting services. The facilitator will conduct training for mentor and mentee courses, contributing to the effectiveness of mentoring relationships.
Applicants should possess at least five years of specialized experience in mentoring programs and related teaching principles. The position includes responsibilities for preparing course materials and facilitating both live and web-based training.
Yorktown Systems Group is seeking a qualified Training Facilitator to support the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS)’s mission of delivering finance and accounting services for the Department of War (DoW). The agency’s vision is to be a valued partner in financial management by consistently delivering first‑class service and products. DFAS senior management places emphasis on elevating the agency mentoring program and increasing the effectiveness of its mentoring relationships. This role will support DFAS’s strategic initiative by presenting training for one‑day mentor and one‑day mentee courses using DFAS‑developed curricula.
CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required.
